Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to insurance coverage disputes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of insurance policies and coverage litigation, and will work to protect the interests of our clients in navigating complex claims and litigation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on insurance coverage issues and policy interpretation.
- Represent clients in coverage litigation and dispute resolution.
- Analyze insurance policies and claims to determine coverage eligibility.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law or litigation.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage litigation.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
